TIPS: Loft to make your room more spacious and comfortable

In terms of living comfort (living space), 9.9sqm of private room in a typical share house is likely equal to about 16.5sqm in 1R (13.2sqm in 1K). The reason is why you don’t need to place household appliances like vacuum cleaners/cooking equipment’s in private rooms, or cooking space (about 3.3sqm)  in your private room.
In this way, the entire area of a private room can be used for “personal living space” in a shared house. Flat Bolero Jodoji’s private room has 1.5 floors’ ceiling height (4.5m) with a loft (bed space). This separated layout would help to use the living space more neatly. It would be a smarter choice for those with a simple lifestyle!
